Size 3 (12-18 months) or Siz3 4 (18-24 months). These are shoes that have a little removable squeaker in the soles, so that the child squeaks when he walks. (How cute is that?) I know Zulily and Totsy sometimes offer them, but I missed both recent sales of these shoes.
