For under $100, I'd try Zara or the like. They often have really stylish shoes in real leather for a good price. These are really interesting and have a pointy toe (unless you want something sharper?).

This was fun for me because I'm actually the same size. I wasn't sure what style of shoe you were looking for but this, I think, has the best look of all the pointy-toed shoes I could find. I think you could get away with wearing it both formally and out in the nightlife, depending on what your needs are. And bonus: it's on sale right now!
