Going on a hike (Kilimanjaro) and need warm hiking/mountaineering boots. I've been looking at the Asolo 520 GV/GTXs but would ideally rather not spend $275 b/c I'll probably never need boots that serious again. Would love to find a lower-priced gore-text leather hiking boot...hoping there are outdoorsy experts on here who can help me out, since I'm not really sure what's necessary. :)
