This store in Toronto: Bikes On Wheels seems to have them, but it looks like it's closer to $200. :/

cassandra girard suggested Denman Bike Shop - Vancouver bicycle store, repair and service - Product list from denmanbikeshop.com

I would call this store in Vancouver...Denman Bike shop. They have carried the Early Rider (not sure if they still do) But I think they would know where to find it in Canada for sure!
