Someone is is looking for coloured, cropped pants!

I've been searching high and low for a pair of brightly coloured, cropped slim leg pants! I prefer bright red, bright green or cobalt blue, but I'll consider any nice coloured really. I don't want jeans!!! However, I also don't want the dreaded suit fabric either. And because I am petite it needs to have a very simple, slim cut - I can't handle all kinds of buttons, buckles, bells, whistles, etc etc. I know they are trendy so i don't need to spend a lot of money - but I really want them and have had no luck around Ottawa, so I'm not opposed to spending some cash if I must!
