Tara is is looking for a specific type of winter boots

I saw a woman wearing a pair of amazing winter boots on the subway today and I *really* should have taken a picture of them. I asked and she said she got them at The Bay, but I went there and they were nowhere to be seen. Description: they were in that puffy coat material, but sleek and fitted to the ankles and calves. They came up to just below knee height. They had 1.5" wedge heels. I loved that they looked warm, yet sleek.
