Maria is is looking for a cool black blazer that is plus-size friendly

I have been looking far and wide for a cool, FITTED black blazer that I can pair with just about anything (jeans, a dress, slacks, etc). I would rather buy a brand that goes up to a size 16 or 18 instead of a "plus sized" brand as I find most plus sized designers design their clothes to have a boxy feel. I have a waist and don't want cloes that will make me look bigger. I also want something that won't make me look too old or conservative. I work at a startup and need to look put together but not dowdy. Thanks!
