Mineral Powder Bronzer
I know you want something for under $10, but I find that the drugstore brands are pretty crappy and look cakey. I started using Tarte's products last summer and find it looks super natural and blends beautifully. No shine, no orangey. And it has nice packaging (with mirror) for daytime touchups. Consider it if you feel like splurging a bit.
