Jasper Jacket with Leather Sleeves

That jacket you seek is blowing up everywhere. Even on eBay where people are bidding as high as $350 for it. Sounds like Jessica Alba started a craze. I bet Zara (who does fast fashion) will come out with that jacket again (if they are smart). If not and you totally love the look, you could spring for this amazing designer version (which is real leather unlike the Zara version - and when someone says, "Is that the Jessica Alba jacket?" you can reply, "Oh no, this is a Veda Jasper original. I didn't know Jessica Alba had a line." ;))
